1. What Terms & Conditions apply to rent a car with AutoTrust?

2. At which locations are you able to deliver / collect my rental vehicle?
You may collect / deliver your rental car from our office in Limassol, however you are able to select to get your car delivered / collected to/from Limassol city, Larnaca airport, Larnaca city, Paphos airport, Paphos city, Pissouri area (Columbia Resort) and Aphrodite Hills.

3. How do I book a rental car with AutoTrust?
You can book online fast and easy using our online reservation system.
You may also to contact us and arrange your car booking via email or phone.

4. What is the driver’s minimum and maximum age to rent a car in Cyprus with AutoTrust?
Generally the minimum driver’s age is 25 years old, however but we accept drivers who are 23 years old but they hold a driving license for at least 3 years. Maximum age is 80 years old.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
You will be able to select your payment method during the booking confirmation. In the case you have selected to pay online, we accept all major credit/debit card types through our secure payment system. In the case you have selected to pay at location you have the option to pay in cash or using a credit/debit card.

6. Is there any additional charge for the use of a credit card?
No, there is no extra charge for the use of a credit card.

7. What documents it is necessary to provide on car collection?
You will have to provide a valid driving license for all drivers that will be included in your rental agreement, your passport or ID card.

8. Who is allowed to drive the rental car?
Only the driver/s referred in the rental agreement is/are allowed to drive the rental car.

9. Can I add additional drivers in my car rental agreement?
Yes, you can add up to two additional drivers during the checkout process.
(The additional drivers must also meet the car rental requirements)

10. What shoulg I do if I get involved in a car accident?
In such unfortunate event you will have to immediately contact our 24 hour support team in order to get all the necessary instructions.

11. What do I need to do in the case of a car breakdown?
In the case of a breakdown you can contact our 24-hours support service to report your issue and have your rental car replaced.

12. Is there any refund if I return the rented vehicle earlier than planned?
No. There is not any kind of refund for the unused time in the case you decide to return the rental vehicle earlier than planned.

13. What if I return the rental car late?
According to our terms and conditions, there is a grace period of one hour without any additional charge. For more than an hour, there will be an extra charge for the cost of an additional day.

14. Is it possible to extend my rental?
Usually it is possible to extend your car rental, but this is subject to our current availability based on the season of the rental. The costs of the extended rental period will be calculated based on the current rental rates.
