Located in south-eastern Cyprus, Larnaca International Airport is the largest and the busiest airport in Cyprus along with Paphos International Airport. The new Larnaca Airport was inaugurated in November of 2009 and covers an area of 100,000 square metres, which is capable of serving 7.5 million passengers annually and it is an airline hub between Europe, Africa, Russia and the Middle East.
The coastal city of Larnaca is geographically positioned on the southern-east coast of Cyprus. It is the third biggest, but likely the oldest city in Cyprus with a rich history of more than 6000 years. The palm trees and the numerous sandy beaches provide the perfect getaway for people wanting to relax and unwind before returning to their hectic schedules and there is no better time than when you are on a trip with your children.
